(RENTON, Wash.) – The 2010 Emerald City Kickoff Classic (ECKC), presented by Farmers Insurance Group, is Saturday, September 4, at Qwest Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks.
The all-day event showcases several of the top high school football teams in Washington state as well as Mission Viejo of Calif. Eight of the schools participating competed in the 2009 State Football Playoffs, while six of the teams were semifinalists. Two of the match-ups are 2009 semifinal rematches (Bellevue vs. Union and Nooksack Valley vs. Cascade Christian).
Live streaming for the games will be free for the entire event. Fans can log on to www.BSports.org to catch the action.

Tickets can be purchased through participating schools, Ticketmaster, or at the gate the day of the event. Adults are $15 each, students (with valid ASB card) and seniors (62 and over) are $10 each, and children under the age of five are free. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and tickets are good for all of the games.
