| RENTON, Wash. – The first draft of the proposed amendments to WIAA rules and regulations to be voted upon by the 2013 WIAA Representative Assembly has been posted. The amendments will be discussed during the Winter Coalition on March 18. Official voting will begin April 1, and conclude April 19. An amendment must receive 60% of the votes to be adopted as a WIAA rule and regulation.
