WIAA To Air State Basketball Draws

RENTON, Wash. – For the first time in the Association’s history, the WIAA will broadcast the 2012 WIAA/Dairy Farmers of Washington/Les Schwab Tires State Basketball Championship Draws live from the WIAA office, Sunday, February 26.
The draws will begin at 11 a.m. with the 1B, 2B classifications, while the 1A, 2A classifications will follow at 1 p.m. The 3A, 4A schools are scheduled to conclude the special event at 3 p.m. The live broadcast, produced by PlayOn! Sports on the WIAA Network, will give fans an inside look of the make-up of the 2012 State Basketball match-ups.
Coaches, student-athletes and the general public are welcome to attend. The WIAA office is located at 435 Main Avenue South, Renton, WA, 98057. For more information please call the WIAA office at (425) 687-8585.
