WIAA Announces Collaboration with FinalForms and my247ed

The WIAA is proud to announce a collaboration between the WIAA, FinalForms, and my247ed to provide a coach management and compliance solution, replacing some features of MyWIAA previously accessible among the "My School" tools.
Courses, such as “Rules Clinics”, completed in my247ed, are automatically synced into FinalForms, and appropriately delivered to WIAA saving you both clicks and time.
This is the first step in a multi-year effort with FinalForms to develop a new platform that enhances and streamlines the ability of member schools to manage school profile information, coaching standards and compliance, reporting, tournament registration, and more. The core functionality upgrades the majority of tasks that were previously in MyWIAA and make them one-click approvals for FinalForms users.
All requisite WIAA-related tools and features will be available within the platform to ALL WIAA member schools at no cost, regardless of whether or not they are currently using FinalForms. For non-FinalForms users, we have worked to migrate existing school and user data in advance of the launch. This includes the following:
- School Profile Information
- Verified Sports by School
- AD Profile Information
- Coach Profile Information (coaches active in MyWIAA within the last year)
While the above is required in 2022-23 by the WIAA, FinalForms offers significant tools and efficiencies for your athletic department.
