Job Duties:
Conduct and supervise all practices
Organize and implement a competitive cheerleading program
Develop and evaluate cheer athletes
Responsible for establishing a positive and process oriented team culture
Ongoing and regular communication with student athletes and parents regarding the
program vision, philosophy, schedule, and all important program information. In coordination with the Athletic Department, appropriately manage the program budget
and track and maintain all equipment and uniforms.
Supervise student athletes before, during, and after practices, games and competitions.
Partner with the Athletic Department to provide an excellent and meaningful student
athlete experience.
Assist in the hiring and training of Assistant Coach(es)
Plan and execute an off-season schedule.
Partner with the Athletic Department to organize summer camps, clinics, and other program
development opportunities.
Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
