Position: Athletics and Activities Specialist

Description Position Summary
This position serves as the Executive Assistant to the District’s Athletics & Activities Director.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth
functioning of the district’s athletic and extracurricular programs. The role involves managing
workflows, maintaining official files, coordinating internal and external communications, and
supporting the logistics of district-wide athletic events and activities. This position will also act
as a liaison between the Athletics Director, school-based athletic staff, district leadership, the
community, and external partners.
