Kentwood High School is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Cheer program during the 2025-26 school year.
The program operates as both a School Club and WIAA competitive sport.It is expected that the assistant coach will support the head coach in spring tryouts, summer training activities, and all events throughout the school year.
We are seeking an Assistant Coach with a strong technical and strategic understanding of cheer, with experience competing and coaching at the high school, club, or collegiate level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with high school student-athletes, offering guidance and mentorship, while working collaboratively and professionally with the coaching staff. A passion for promoting athletic development, teamwork, and leadership is essential.
