Oroville High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead our high school soccer program. The coach will be responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of the team, including player development, practice planning, game strategy, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead practices, skill development, and game strategies.
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success.
Ensure player safety and adherence to school and league policies.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Coordinate team logistics, including scheduling and transportation.
Support student-athletes in their growth on and off the field.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching or playing experience preferred.
Knowledge of soccer fundamentals, strategy, and rules.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and community members.
Must meet all district and state coaching certification requirements.
