Mount Rainier High School is seeking a passionate, experienced, and transformational leader to serve as our next Head Boys Basketball Coach. We’re looking for someone who will inspire, mentor, and build a strong, lasting culture on and off the court.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
o Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate student-athletes.
o A deep knowledge of the game, a commitment to player development, teamwork and competitive excellence.
o A student-first mentality, prioritizing the development of young student-athletes as both players and people.
o A vision for building a successful and sustainable program rooted in fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, positivity and growth.
o Values collaboration and will work closely with fellow coaches, school leaders, and the community to elevate Mount Rainier Athletics.
