Description
|
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)
*Current First Aid/CPR card
*Ability to meet WIAA coaching requirements and follow all WIAA and district guidelines
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Previous head coach experience at high school or collegiate level or five (5) years as an assistant coach
*Ability to mentor coaches in program (9-12)
*Direct all phase of program (9-12)
*Strong organizational and communicative skills
*Coordinate out of season camp and clinics
*District training regarding concussion management or ability and willingness to attend training
*Other required district training or ability and willingness to attend training
*Must include at least 2 letters of reference with letter of interest and completed application along with sample practice plans
