Tri-Cities Prep is seeking a head coach for high school boys basketball for the 2024-2025 school year. Our school is looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the game and can contribute to our school's mission statement. Tri-Cities Prep competes at the 2B level in the EWAC Conference. We have had recent success the last two years with state playoff appearances in both years and have had over 40 boys in the program during that span.
Job description: The candidate will be able to communicate with all stakeholders efficiently and appropriately. Use a two-hour practice schedule to prepare athletes to compete at a high level. Develop leadership and promote our goal of developing well-rounded individuals. Be certified and take required WIAA training and certifications, as well as school-specific Virtues training. Coordinate out-of-season camps and clinics. Hold a pre-summer and pre-season player/parent meeting. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Hold a valid hands-on First Aid/CPR card.
The salary range depends on years of experience, ranging from 2,974 for entry-level to 4,708 at the top end.
