The Bush School is in search of an individual to join our Athletic Department as the Girls Varsity Volleyball Head Coach. We are seeking a candidate who is able to support the school’s goals towards building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community; we encourage diversity in our applicant pool.
The Bush School athletic program works within the rules of the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) and the Emerald Sound Conference to provide athletic opportunities and competition for students of all gender identities. While most sports are offered separately for boys and girls, the Athletic Department staff is committed to working collaboratively with each participant to determine options that best suit each student-athletes journey.
The Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach will lead the planning and executing team practices, coaching all scheduled games, overseeing inventory of sports equipment and uniforms, and driving the team to away games/practice sites on a school vehicle. This position reports directly to the Athletic Director.
